Home Sweet Home - Renovation Started!

Good Morning Saturday! A good news from my banker, he claim that all banks has approved our new house renovation loans! Yeah! We had started our renovation on last Tuesday 5th April!! This is all happening now. I'm so excited. Last evening, Vincent and me had bought a wooden dinning table and King size bed frame at Castlery. Tomorrow we will visit our new house and see how's the renovation work going on...

Went morning walk with Vincent and my mum. At Punggol settlement.

I'm happy that punggol got such a nice scenery. Will be visiting here more often after we move in to our new house. hehe.

Oliver sleeping soundly right now. He sleeping baby face so cute. A Saturday stay at home with him.

 Went to courts at Tampines for shopping of furniture and Tv's.

Thanks God for giving me a stable job and new sweet house. I promise I will work hard for more to come in future.

Another New Chapter Begin

A fresh new March 2016 has begin... and so to my new job. I love the new environment and new colleagues. My first time work in a high building (my new job office located at 25th floor) and with sea view.

It's Sunday, have some time to blogging. Heading out to new house today.

New house processing on all short of color selection. Met banker for renovation loan. And met interior designer for color selection for our new house. I can't decide what color for our master bed room? 2 tones or 3 tones? Kitchen will be black and white schemes and Oliver's bed room will be grey color scheme.

Because our new house is near to waterway point shopping mall, after visiting our new place, next station always is waterway point. Love the child friendly playground 'Wonderland'. Oliver enjoyed playing at wonderland playground again today.

Oliver received Christmas Present on last Christmas. (School gift exchange session) Look at his cute expression upon receiving the present. He keep saying 'happy birthday' (pointing at the Christmas present)! 

I miss Oliver when he was a cute baby. And now his is going to 3 years old.

Hmm... time is always seem not enough for me.

My Foodie Diaries Chapter 8 - Ajisen Ramen

A Sunny Sunday, bought Oliver to the new shopping mall waterway point. Had lunch at Ajisen Ramen. After the lunch, watch over him to play with water at 'The Cove'. His is so excited with the water shooter! He actually scare to play at first. Seem he like it so much, we shall bring him here more. I love the wonderland playground too. I did some research on punggol area... like the post office, HDB office (both post office and HDB office can be found at Punggol 21 community center), supermarket (1 NTUC at waterway terrace and 1 U stars super market at punggol topaz opens 24 hours) and also family clinic around that area.

We went over to our new house and husband need to do some measurement before buying new furniture. Thinking of buying a new TV is a big headache. (the reason: need big money!)

Oliver the naughty little boy keep disturbing his daddy doing measurement... haha.

Hubby so serious.... Not bad, didn't know his drawing on floor plan is so good!

Still waiting good news on bank loan. Hopes can start renovation soon. Money problems now a day... pray hard can go through all this smoothly. (Wearing forever 21 spaghetti strap top in black, jacket from MDS collection and Her Velvet Vase Quilted short in pink)
