Another New Chapter Begin

A fresh new March 2016 has begin... and so to my new job. I love the new environment and new colleagues. My first time work in a high building (my new job office located at 25th floor) and with sea view.

It's Sunday, have some time to blogging. Heading out to new house today.

New house processing on all short of color selection. Met banker for renovation loan. And met interior designer for color selection for our new house. I can't decide what color for our master bed room? 2 tones or 3 tones? Kitchen will be black and white schemes and Oliver's bed room will be grey color scheme.

Because our new house is near to waterway point shopping mall, after visiting our new place, next station always is waterway point. Love the child friendly playground 'Wonderland'. Oliver enjoyed playing at wonderland playground again today.

Oliver received Christmas Present on last Christmas. (School gift exchange session) Look at his cute expression upon receiving the present. He keep saying 'happy birthday' (pointing at the Christmas present)! 

I miss Oliver when he was a cute baby. And now his is going to 3 years old.

Hmm... time is always seem not enough for me.

I'm start looking for an ID for my new coming house renovation in early next year 2016. Vinc say wanted to look for those ID which is registered with HDB. I've read though HDB website for some idea... and read this:

- Check if the Renovation Item(s) Require HDB’s Prior Approval You can check the HDB InfoWEB and the My HDBPage to find out if a renovation permit is required. If so, follow the steps below to ask your contractor to submit the permit.

- Authorise your Registered Renovation Contractor to submit the renovation application electronically to HDB, on your behalf

- The renovation contractor has to enclose a floor plan showing the proposed renovation details e.g. for demolition of walls, and an acknowledgement form signed by the flat owners in the application

- You will receive a one-time SMS notification when the renovation application is submitted

- You can view your renovation permit on My HDBPage

- Once the renovation permit is obtained, your appointed renovation contractor must display the ‘Notice of Renovation’ prominently outside your flat.

- Give your Neighbours a Heads-up Start off on a pleasant note with your neighbours by popping by their flat to say “Hi” and to inform them of the expected duration of your renovation works. They’re sure to appreciate this nice gesture

Wow..! So many things needed to be prepare! Make me feel more excited to my new house!!

Online Shopping Spree

Ops! I did it again! I'm spent my money online shopping again! I bought 2 white tees and 1 lip stick and a bag on Qoo10.

1) Kanken mini in sky blue color. I used once for picnic outing with friends at East Coast Park. I love the size. Good for hand carry as I don't like to use it as backpack bag.

2) 3CE lip stick in sweet impact. Really sweet color!! I love it! Will be buying more soon. Haha. ops!

3) 2 tees... well, have not try to wear it yet...

Saw this video in yahoo. Beautiful Mushroom House sold for $920,000 in Bethesda, Maryland. Nice house! How I wish I can stay in.

Melody's Beauty Diaries Chapter 2 - MSK Smooth Refreshing

Good Evening People!

Recently my hair is so dry due to chemical done for hair colouring... so I bought a product for my god damn dry hair.

I bought MSK Smooth Refreshing hair treatment water at $15 from hair salon.

I hope to see good results after using it!

Dolled up myself. Wearing 1 of my favorite top which can match many of my necklace's and bottom's.

Bathing Oliver again... 'Pom Pom liao' hehe...

I love Oliver bathing photo as he looked so cute when bathing him!

Throw back Oliver 6 months old bathing photo... he look more chubby back then. Thanks to Oliver for coming in to my world, I'm really enjoyed my motherhood with him till now.

My Food Diaries - Paradise Dynasty

Good Evening People! 1 week passed so fast... my 1 week maternity leave has just ended. Now I'm already miss my days with Oliver! There goes being a full time mother again. Back to work tomorrow! I'm trying to make a little changes in my blog... hope to make it better.

Went Paradise Dynasty 乐天皇朝, lot 1 shopping mall, #03-02B, with Vinc and Oliver to have our lunch.

Dear Oliver, I remember when you are 3 months old, we brought you to have your 3rd baby vaccine. And the doctor told us that at your 4th months stage, you will seek a lot of attention and don't like to be left alone. I was laughed and told Vinc that when you are at the age of 13 years old you might be wanting to be left alone.... anyway mummy will still try my best to bond with you and be your best friend and will be always be there for you. I'm still sad about that I can't be the one who was being taking care of you when you were a small baby... I have to work for living. But I'm sure I will be the one who will be taking care of you and seeing you growing up to be a children and a teenage and then an adult in the future very soon! I hope you know I love to spend my time with you, my baby boy. Ma Ma Love You!
